Dr. Johnson at Pritchett Eye Care North Valley gets a 10. My husband and I both had appointments and were acknowledged upon arriving. The tech was absolutely fantastic taking measurements and eye tests. Finally Dr. Johnson was friendly and professional. Didn’t need glasses this time but they have a real nice collection. Highly recommend.

The Dr at this location was super cool. He came in and whipped through my exam , with plenty of communication, he was very personable , no excess tests or overboard anything , and I'm pretty sure I ended up with the best prescription I've ever had . My frames will be in in two or three weeks. Not Thier fault . Everyone was really friendly and the office was quiet and clean. I felt relaxed while waiting . I'm happy they are so close to my home as well!! No Reno traffic !!! Thanks guys !
